FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
No referral is necessary, unless you are a Veteran with a referral from the Community Care Program, or you were injured in a motor vehicle accident and have an active Medical Claim Number.
-
Chiropractic care is safe for the whole family because it uses gentle, evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s age, condition, and needs. Whether treating infants, children, adults, or seniors, chiropractors focus on improving nervous system function, restoring joint mobility, and reducing pain without relying on invasive procedures or long-term medication.
-
At Family Chiropractic and Sports Rehab, we don’t bill most insurance so we can focus on personalized care and better results, not insurance rules. Insurance often limits visit time, dictates treatments, and prioritizes billing over healing. Staying outside most networks lets us:
Give longer, unrushed visits for thorough evaluation and targeted care
Choose treatments and visit frequency based on clinical need, not coverage limits
Offer clear pricing and let you control care decisions
We’re non-participating with Medicare, so Medicare patients can pay here and we will submit claims to Medicare themselves under non‑participating provider rules. We also accept referrals through the Veterans Community Care Program. Contact our team with questions about self-pay, Medicare paperwork, or VCCP referrals.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, including low back and neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, and repetitive strain injuries. Our team also addresses headaches, dizziness, joint dysfunction, postural issues, and rehabilitation after acute injuries or surgery to restore mobility and reduce pain.
-
On average our patients visit about six times per year, though your exact frequency will depend on how long you’ve had the condition, its severity, and your personal history and job demands. We tailor care to your needs so you get the right amount of treatment to restore function and prevent recurrence.
-
Chiropractic care for newborns, toddlers, and children is gentle, safe, and tailored to their developing bodies, using light, specialized techniques appropriate for each age. Adjustments can improve sleep, feeding, posture, and comfort, support nervous system function, and help resolve common issues like colic, ear discomfort, and musculoskeletal asymmetries.
