What is Cupping?
Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that uses specialized cups to create suction on the skin. This negative pressure pulls the skin and underlying fascia upward, which is intended to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and stimulate the body's natural healing response.
The most common form, where a vacuum is created inside the cup using either a mechanical pump. The cups are typically left in place for 5–15 minutes.
